Pink & Plaid

Three things to know about this look: 1) I’ve had this oversized plaid blazer for such a long time and even though I’ve worn it many times with so much love, I completely forgot about it until couple of days ago. Just in time to satisfy my plaid cravings actually, which was good because I don’t have any and I need many. 2) Bottom half of my hair is pink now, like it was 2 years ago, and even though the change is nice it’s so much work to dye it every two days (I use Manic Panic vegan semi-permanent hair dye) and it doesn’t go well with every single one of my neutral palette outfits so I think it’s going to go away soon. For the meantime though, pink & plaid go well together. 3) I lusted after the Dora Teymur mules for months but couldn’t find my size anywhere so I bought a very similar looking pair from Stylenanda. I almost always refrain from buying “too similar” cheap versions of designer items but this one, I needed in my closet one way or another. Father, forgive my style sins for I’m living in Montreal where no contemporary brands can be found and custom taxes are as high as rents.
